I have been to 3 Vets with my 10 month old Chocolate ...

I have been to 3 Vets with my 10 month old Chocolate Lab. In the last 4 months he has developed a habit of vomiting when he drinks cold water, or eats ice and snow.
He doesn't puke under any other circumstances than when something cold has been ingested.
Have you ever heard of this??
