Are there any vets in the Las Vegas, NV area that utilize a procedure called "permanent Accupunture". Is there a good resource to check if this procedure would be helpful to our 10 year old 92 lb lab who tends to play too hard and acts lame and won't put pressure on rear leg for days at a time.

Optional Information:
Age: 10; Male; Breed: Lab

Already Tried:
Try to keep his activities minimal until he walks normal. Took him to the vet, did not feel anything broken, so no Xray's, indicating strained, to try to minimize playful activities. We on occasion utilize Rimadryl, and daily supplement with Joint Complex and vitamins.
