my 11 yr old blk lab mix has been in poor health for 4-5 ...

my 11 yr old blk lab mix has been in poor health for 4-5 yrs. the last year has been the worst. weighed 60-70 pounds most of his life but lost 20 pounds this last year.

he has been to many vets and has suffered from the following symptoms:

very dry skin, eyes dry and outer area crusts over, nose turned whitish gray several years ago and now crusts over and is raw, yellow mucous in the eyes. of course, he is also prone to discharge from his ears.

his diet is usually "one" with youghurt, or pedigree for adult dogs

his quality of life isn;t too good right now and i fear i may have to have him euthanized
