I have a 6 year old maltese. Her mouth keeps infection in it. She stinks really bad because of it. I have seen 3 vets and none of them can fix her. One says that he has no idea what is even wrong with her. I get her teeth cleaned often but that doesn't help. I have given her antibiotics also, but the infection is still there.

Are you sure that it's infection causing the stinky breath? Any drooling? Any green or yellow substances around the teeth?
