i plan on buying a dobe pup in a couple of days,the pup is already 8 weeks.what is the latest age a vet will crop her ears for me?

This depends on the vet. The average age they like to do it is 10-12 weeks. Be sure the pup is up to date on shots and worming as you want it to be as healthy as it can be before putting it under anesthesia. The best thing to do is call a few of your local vets and find out what age THEY prefer to do the ears that way you won't end up waiting until it is too late.
