what is wobblers?

I have 1 year 1 month old South African Mastif, breed is called Boerbeol. She has been given a diagnosis of Wobblers. Can you help me in deciding what kind of treatment is best? Money is always a factor, but we are willing to do what ever it takes to help our dog.
