Our 4 year old Female Jack Russell has suddenly lost her sight. We took her to our vets and he examined her eyes. He said there was no sign of infection nor did there appear to be anything wrong with the lens. After drops and another exam he fears it may be retina problems. He refered us to a Ophthalmologist who visits the area weekly however the first appointment we can get is August 8. We need to know a list of specialists near the Ft Myers area or close in Fl. we can possibly get her to sooner otherwise I fear we will have no choice than to have her put down.
