For AKC your dog has to be over 7 months of age to be used as a stud dog and register the litter.
Responsible breeders make sure all health testing to ensure no hereditary illnesses will be passed to pups are completed before breeding.
Typical testing would include
CERF Screening for eye problems (Canine Eye Research Foundation)
Patellar Luxation Test for knee issues OFA (Orthopedic Foundation of America)
Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency and anemia problem(genetic test) which you can read about here
http://www.upei.ca/cidd/Diseases/clinical%20pathology/PK%20deficiency%20.htm
You also want both dogs to be proven free of brucellosis. Your vet can do most of that testing. But you'd need a board certified veterinary opthamologist to do the eye certification.
It is strongly advised that you use a stud contract if you are breeding to someone else's dog. Without the agreement in writing many owners of first time studs find they don't get a puppy back or a payment at all.
Some examples of contracts here

Hope this helps you!

You did not answer my question or anywhere near it, is there something wrong? Do I need to take him to the vet?

That question was asked back 6 months ago and I did not get an answer so we had our chihuahua fixed, I don't think I need to pay for a question that you took so long answering, now the other question on his health you can have whatever money that is banked, I appreciate your quick response on that one
