The first thing you need to do is figure out why she is scratching. Typical causes for itchiness is fleas or other bug bites, a food allergy, or an environmental allergy. You can give her benedryl to help control the itch until you figure out what is making her itch. The proper dosage is 1mg per pound of body weight. You can safely go to 2 mg. per pound, but start off with 1 and see how she does. You can continue the neoporin to help heal the damaged skin. Hope this helps :)
