This can be a sign of injury or illness in an animal as shaking can be due to pain or infection. But if you do not see an signs other than the shaking and there have been no possible injuries it is possible that he is getting used to having less protection from the elements with the shorter cut. I am not sure of the temperature where you are located but since we are into fall now and the days and nights are alot cooler then this may be an adjustment to the cut. If you start to see any signs of illness or injury then I would suggest that you have him seen by your veterinarian, if he was around other animals when being groomed there is always a chance of catching an infection or illness from another animal. I would try monitoring him and watch for any other sign besides the shaking, if they appear then that would be a sign for veterinary attention. I hope this information will be helpful to you, let me know if you have any further questions.
