I have an English Mastiff with bumps on the back of ...

I have an English Mastiff with bumps on the back of his head and neck. They also appear on his hind quarters. there is a hard white substance on each bump. they do not appear to bother him. He also has what almost appear to be blood lbisters on his chin and in the folds of his lips.

Might one or both of these issues be stress related? We recently moved across country and made the trip by car. It seems as though the condition started with the trip. It appears to be getting a bit better but very slowly.
