Question

i have a yr old german bulldog that i have had for days

I have a 3yr old german bulldog that I have had for 3 days. Today I noticed her right eye was swollen and that she had welts on her face. I put a cold rag on her face which seemed to help the swelling. I went out with my girl friend for about three hours when we came home her face looked some better but is still swollen also the welts have gone over ther back and legs and between her toes. Can you help, please?
