5yr old male chihuaua shaking constantly, licking and nibbling feet, seems sick since last night stomache makes weird noise , rubbing his stomache helped him relax a little but his stomache makes loud bubbly noises and seems as if it hurts him cause he will jump up out of bed and move in a differet position
