paw problem

my rottweiller is 6 months, and he hurt his paw on the inside. No one in the family noticed it over the weekend; but today, when we walked him, he kept licking it and when I looked at it, it looked like he scrapped a little bit of the paw. In two hours, his paw swelled up. Do you have any suggestions?
