Please Help with abdominal prob/diarrhea

my 4mo. old cat has diarrhea for last 2 weeks and worsend past 2 days..uncontrolable. She also has a very full and extended belly .. feels like she is pregnant. But we live in a hotel and she never goes outside.(pregnancy not a possibility) Her appetite is normal, and her energy level has increased. very hyper. Please advise

No... the cat has not been dewormed and

No.l. the cat has not been vaccinated.

and to add.. her stool is clear carmel color with mucous. No signs of blood in the stool..... But her anus has a very black layer of something covering it. the layer is dried. I suspect it could be dried blood.. but not sure. The stool itself has no blood in it though.   She walks as though she is "dry heaving" from her rectum though. she takes couple steps then pauses to squat and pant out 3-4 attempts to defecate...but with no success.   PlEASE advise
