can over vaccinating a dog cause death? Took my dog to the vet at 3 pm to have all his shots updated and he was dead by 5 pm

 Was your dog healthy at the time of the shots? Had he ever had a reaction to vaccines before? What did he do?

HE WAS FINE WHEN I TOOK HIM THERE THEY SAID HE HAD EARLY STAGES OF LYME AND GAVE ME PILLS TO GIVE HIM THEY GAVE HIM ALL HIS SHOTS THAT NEEDED TO BE UPDATED AND I LEFT I WENT ABOUT 1/2 MILE AND HE STARTED HOWELING TERRIABLY IT WASN'T 5 MINS LATER HE FELL OVER AND WAS DEAD HE'S A 2 YEAR OLD PURE BREED HUSKY 62 LBS AND WAS VERY ACTIVE
