My 4 year old 2 1/2 pound Chihuahua died from the anesthesia given for a routine dental today. We worked for 4 hours to bring her back. What could have gone wrong?
Did you work at this vet office? What is her history? What anesthetic drugs were used? Did she die during or after the dental?
