in pain trouble breathing afraid he is dying need help asap thank you

my 3 year old fixed cat is having trouble breathing and is real sensitive around his chest by his 2 front legs low loud painful cry. was told to give him antibitic gave him liquidmycin 3 drops waited an hour gave him 3 more sucked alot of mucas like stuff out of his throat any ideas?

It sounds like he has an upper respiratory infection. You really need to see your vet in the AM so that you can get appropriate medication.
