Are they itchy? flakey? Are there any pustuals or do they look like welts? Has they steriods helped at all? What type food is he on and have you switched it at all? How old is he?

they don't seem to bother her, they look like knots or mosquito bites, they are not pussy, they may be a tiny bit flakey...the predezone seems to ahve made the bumps harder...She eats Iams puppy, and has been on that always. she is 4 months old.

She may have a food allergy. I would consider taking her into a veterinary dermatologist for testing to see exactly what her allergies are being she's so young and they are already an issue. You will save money and discomfort down the road if you catch it now.
