bleeding paws

I have a stasfordshire terrier approx.5yrs.for the last 2-3days hes been excessivly licking his feet & toes and has them bleeding what can I do.please help me.

nothing in the paws that I can find
yes,his feet are puffy/swollen.I figured thats from him licking some much.
would a dog like mine do this as a obsecsive/compulsive condition.or like from bad nerves type of thing.
thank you for the help,I'am short on funds currently,I'am on a fixed mo.income.
