Read the bottle, make sure it is in date, and tell me the units/ml of the bottle.
Also tell me age of the dog, clinical signs, and has she been spayed.

Well, that was my concern...

To make a big guess...I think your dog probably had a cycle about 35-40 days ago and what I think she is suffering from is open pyometra. This is where the uterus is infected. Since it is open, meaning you see drainage, she is not as sick. This infection is not in the bladder and can become fatal quickly.
I will give you the dose with the injectable...and it must be injected, but I think you should call your vet...because I guarantee if you had her checked I am 95% sure that is the problem. Treatment is to surgically remove the uterus...and the dog's prognosis is better if you get this done before the sepsis sets in.
In any case you shake the bottle well and give 3cc ...it can burn so be careful. Use a new needle to go in the dog and it can be repeated in 12 hours. Again, you will see an improvement with the antibiotics, but it will probably only be temporary. I would call your vet, this is one of those things that an "emergency fund" is needed for.

Good luck,
