leg ulcer, looks like eosinophilic leg ulcer seen online

we live in the country and have no vet readily available, my cat has an area on his leg that looks like an ulcer, it filled up with fluid yesterday and and burst and is now flat with a red center. the closest vet is an hour away and won’t be open until monday. what can i do at home to help this heal?
