I have A small Jack Russel. He has vomited 4 times in the past 3 days. The first was green, mucusy, the second was just saliva, the third was red bloody saliva, the last was the small amount of rice i fed him earlier. He will eat if you hand feed him, & he will drink water or broth if you bring it to him. He still plays and has some energy. When he is not playing he just lays and stares, he hasn’t really slept in 24 hours. He has a different funny smell, and is clammy, his forehead is a bit warm to the touch. I would take his temp but I don’t know what A normal temp is. He is current on all of his shots. he will be 2yrs. in march. Is this just A flu or something, will it pass. or should I get him to the vet ASAP. He is not dehydrated & he is eating a little.
