I have a teacup pomaranian. She has been vomiting, lathargic, and has had diareaha for 24 hours now. I have noticed her eating cat feces from the litter box lately, and my children have recently had a 24 hour stomach virus with these sypmtoms. Is it possible to pass an illness from huans to puppies. She is 7 months old. She won’t eat or drink anything.
