my 4 year old male min-pin has constant itching, but no fleas

currently using on daily basis by weight of dog, mirra-coat-o3 and once a month shampoo from seboRex. have been using for approx. 4 months and conditions are not getting better.

Have you taken her into the vet for any testing (blood, allergies, skin scraping,etc)? Any other problems or symptoms you can think of?
