Question

dying

Sent to Pet Experts December 24, 2004 11:07 p.m.

I have a 7 week old long haired toy chihuahua. he was doing fine all day playing like normal. at a christmas party a lady gave him 2 pepple size pieces of ham. now he’s in pain and drooling and cant hold his head up and seems to be paralized in his back legs. I think he is dying. The ham is the only thing I know he ate. He licked on a metal cookie tin. that cause it? Is there anything I can do. even the 24hr. vets are not responding this late on christmas. thanks tony
