He has been tested for all viruses? He has had sinus exams and ruled out polyps? Especially with the ears involved has someone talked to you about the possibility of polyps?

According to the vets here, they say they cannot figure out what is wrong with him, he has been this way since he was a kitten. But it has steadily gotten worse. i think I have been to every vet here in my city and they have prescribed him meds, but after about 3 days he gets worse than when he was on them, I continued giving it to him, as the vet has said, but it does not help, he has been on several. And he has been tested for all viruses and feline lukemia also. They say that cant figure out what is wrong with him.Amd yes he has been ruled out in Poloyps

Well, unfortunately, I don't have any access to any information other than what you provide. You may need your cat referred to a specialty clinic for treatment beyond what your area vets can provide.
Since I don't have the ability to treat your cat...my recommendation is that you ask for a referral...gather all your medical records and go to where they treat your cat.

Sorry I can not provide more advice.
