I'm sure I can help - I work with all kinds of housebreaking issues.  Let's start with the basics to determine the cause:  He was seen by the vet within this time frame right?

Is there any certain time he pee's in his crate or any specific "reason" ?

Has there been ANY change, even subtle, to his daily routine or the household environment?  New crate?

I'll wait for your reply...
