my dog is walking wobbly and her mouth is dry and her heart rate is low and she’s just lying down. when i tried to pick her up she got real scared and started barking at me as if she didn’t know me and ran under the bed. the vet advised me to make her drink hyrogen peroxide to vomit...she doesn't drink it. is this marijuana poisoning or something else? what should i do?
