I have a Maltese f,10 yrs old. Good health. Except skin. Had her tested for allergies. Did skin scrapping, was treated for Scabies but not sure that was the problem.Thyroid was normal. Her skin is brown on her back,around tail her feet and around her ears and face. She chews her feet and scratches alot.Eats good dry dog food. Few table scraps of meat.Sores also where she is brown and scratches. Can you help us?

Is there any odor to her?  And I know you said she was tested for allergies, yet have you tried an allergen free dog food?

 While I'm waiting - I think you should ask your vet about "Sebaceous Adenitis" which is a skin disorder  - common in Maltese and many times misdiagnosed.
