Parvo

My dog is a 5 month old pit bull. He has parvo. The vet sent him home with some meds, we couldn’t leave him there because of financial reasons. How much fluids should he get and how often? If he throws it up, do we give him more? Can we give him drammamine? How about Kaopectate?
