Is this somethin that is under her skin that you can not see but feel?

Is it on her back, or is it on her paw?

Hey Michele, yes it is under the skin that I can feel as well as see. Actually, It has grown to a size of a base ball.

So it is not protruding from the skin, but it is under her skin? The reason you see it is because it is so large, correct?

Where is it? On her back? Between her shoulder blades on her back? On her leg?
