I have a 4 year old female Pug. She has a congested nose- sounds wet. No discharge. Lungs sound clear with stethoscope. Eats, drinks, urinates and poops as if nothing wrong. To vet about 2 months ago took ABT t no effect. What could it be ? And how can I help it clear up?
