POSSIBLE EAR INFECTION

MY 2 DOGS WERE RECENTLY NEUTERED, AND WHILE AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE THEY ALSO HAD THEIR EARS CLEANED. NOW, ONE OF MY DOGS, THE INSIDE OF HIS EAR IS ALL RED, SWOLLEN AND HE IS SHAKING HIS HEAD ALL THE TIME. MY OTHER DOG SEEMS FINE, BUT BOTH DOGS ARE ALSO SCRATHING A LOT. ALMOST AS IF THEY HAVE FLEAS, BUT DONT. MY CONCERN IS HIS EAR? COULD HE HAVE AN INFECTION?
