I have a beagle who is 6 years old and is panting and not eating his food.He did drink water and did go to the bathroom. he is also shaking quite a bit. should i take him to vet asap or wait until morning . is there anything i can do immediately to help him out

 Any evidence of other problems??? Distended abdomen, reluctance to move, vomiting?  History of eating things? Pain?

he is reluctant to move. he is having some paid and will not allow us to touch him.there has been no vomiting. no evidence of any other problems.
