My 14 Week old yellow lab has had constant Diarreha ...

My 14 Week old yellow lab has had constant Diarreha for aprox 3-4 days now. i have cleaned water dish and switched food to see if the puppy food was the cause. I have also noticed him eating mulch out of the flower beds . We also have a losaopsu (SP) but he does not have dirreha. Could any of this be the cause and what is the best way to treat this at home?
