My dog (3yr old pit bull) has developed fluid filled bumps (small boils) around her collar area, It appears to be a reaction from her collar however it is not ill fitted. Today I also noticed small non-raised red bumps around her snout area and a fluid bump under her mouth. They are almost like big pimples. she has not been exposed to any changes in diet or anything else I can imagine. she has worn the same collar for years. What in the world could this be?
