Possible Worms?
Sent to Pet Experts September 30 04:26 PM

I just adoped a 3-year old cat from the humane society about one month ago. Since she had documentation of all necessary shots given in July...and she is an indoor cat....I did not bring her to a vet. She has always acted healthy and full of life. Today I noticed a small, thin, dark brown worm next to her. I did not see if this worm came out of her, but since I live in an apartment building, this was quite odd to see. I did some online research about worms in cats and saw pictures of the common worms. They are usually yellow or white. Should I be concerned?
