i have a rat terrier he just a year old now his duclaws ...

i have a rat terrier he just a year old now his duclaws were romoved when i got him so its just a 5th pad and yesterday he scarped it on something like a stubed toe the skin is hanging iff on the bottom side of this i have almost got the bleeding to stop what should i do
