Tylenol is toxic to dogs. Most dogs can tolerate buffered aspirin with food. Dosing depends on your pet's weight. Has your dog been to the vet recently?
There are some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications that dogs respond to much better to than aspirin.
Have you ever heard of cosequin?

Dino has regular vet visits and has had injections - they really don't seem to give him much relief = It is almost as if he has arthritis= sometimes he can run with our younger dog and sometimes he can't walk up a stair - if we try to boost him a bit he lets out a yelp
Thanks Michelle
