glocoma and cataracts

my american cocker just had a lens lux eye removed after 6 months of treatment to try and save the eye.She is 11 yrs young very healthy other than a problem with her remaining eye which has a diagnosis glocoma/cataract in rt eye.She is curently on trusopt 1 drop,bid and methazolamide 50 mg bid.Reg vet measured pressure levels,found them high aprox 3 weeks ago and at that timedoubled the methazol.I brought her in for a recheck several days ago and the pressure remained as high as it was before the increase.We have an apt with a Canine opth on the 21 Please tell all you can about this condition and what the alternatives are to sergury,ie different meds?higher dose of current meds? anything you can to help me help my girl Miracle is her name
