alot of problems since neuter

my dog went to be neutered three months ago, since then a chain of health conditions have been occuring... first after surgey he was vomiting and having diahrrea then a horrible cough - spitting up sputum everywhere, he was treated with antiboitics and predisone off and on for the last couple months now a week to two weeks after stopping medication he is beginning to cough again and he has been scratching himself raw... I need some help just wondering if you have any thoughts??
