Providing that she is eating, drinking and having normal bladder and bowel movements, she should be ok. If she starts having trouble with any of these problems or shows lethargic behavior, then a vet visit is in order. It is not uncommon for bunnies to only have 2 or 3 babies and, with her being so young, losing them is not uncommon either. I would have her spayed eventually, even though your male is altered, as it will lengthen her life span and make her a happy healthier rabbit. Good luck to you and to your bunnies :)
