Hello, I have a 10 month old beagle who is very sick. She has been coughing up phlem and breathing a little heavy (just worsened tonight). I called her vet yesterday and was told that they are too busy, call emergency care. The problem is that I cant afford that, but I dont know if it can wait. I plan on calling an agency that can help me financially with the bill in the morning. Should I wait or take her now?
Please help.
