can you help me?

im sorry. i dont have much money. i have a cat he is a boy and about 9 or 10 yrs old. once. i think he broke a blood vessel in his eye. but he fell down the stairs and i dont remember the rest. but it happened again to his other eye..and he is blind. from it i guess.and now. he eats somewhat. but he is getting so thin. and he will die any day now because of it. theres a vet who gave him laxatone i think it is to help him not throw up hairballs and stuff i think, thinking it will help him eat. and gain weight. but he wont.his eye is also badly infected. puffy dark red on the inner eyelids and swollen. can you help me with this. i love him to death and cant let him go.
