baby wild rabbits

I have two baby wild bunnies that were found and im not sure were the nest is.
I called a vet to see what to do. there doing good im not trying to touch them very much
for im going to release them. i was woundering how long do they stay with there mother.
I dont want to release them to soon.

Already Tried:
feeding goats milk and keeping them warm the vet said to feed every three hours i didnt think that was right so i changed it and they feed at dusk and dawn
