mommy to be???????

my dog had her first heat starting october 12th, today i noticed her nipples are thicker and she has small lumps under them she also looks to be a little bigger in the bellie area.She takes herself potty around the corner of the apt. complex so i cant see her all the time to know if it is possable. she is a small poodle mixed w/another small terrier she only weighs about 4lbs. so there is not much to her. Is it to early to know yet or is she going to ba a mommy? I hope you can help me out thank you.
