My dog was on Trimethoprim sulfa for kennel cough and now see green goop in his eyes. I'm now putting ophthalmic ointment in his eyes i was given from my vet for his new eye problem. I'm just curious what the eye problem may be only because i adopted him approx a month ago and the kennel cough dosn't seem like an issue anymore but now his eyes have made him more sleepy and sluggish than he was fighting off the kennel cough. He is the 2nd min pin i've owned and by far the most calm sleepy dog i've ever been around, not even half the energy of a typical min pin.
