I have a Girbil that is 3 years old. I know they dont live much longer than that but she is real sluggish and cant move thru her tubes on her cage she has gunk in her eyes and is falling all over her cage. I have had her to the vet 2x for the falling over and they gave her steroids. It helped when she was taking them but she is so bad not. She has started getting an amonia odor. I have tried to clean her but she still smells. I have cleaned her cage too. Is there anything I can do to help my Rodah?
