Blastomycosis or Glaucoma

Basset Blasto or Glaucoma ? chest xray clear blood work normal no lesions eyes very swollen grayish pain not eating, laying around,are vet stumped we are a rescue group for bassets

Response to DanaDVM's Post: As of Friday her pressures were normal.ANd their are no scratches on her corneas, but the eye is so swollen her third eyelid is very affected her right eye is worst then the left.Thank you for your time we live in a very rural area the nearest other vet is 200 miles away

Blasto is possible if there is lesions in the retina. Glaucoma is common in bassets, but not likely if the eyeball itself is not large and pressures are normal. That leaves uveitis as a disease process. What meds is the dog on?

I think she is on Ketoconazole he hasnt really told me
